About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("XAN", "we", "us"), [RC number], [registered address], Nigeria. They apply whenever you use joinxan.com, become a member, buy from the shop, or book a Group Trip or Concierge. By creating an account, paying or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
- Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your membership.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Membership
- Membership costs ₦107,500, paid once through Paystack. It gives you the Everything Importation Program, Suppliers Connect and the member benefits described on the site [for the lifetime of the XAN program].
- Group Trips and Concierge are paid for separately.
- We may update, add or retire modules and features to keep the program useful.
- Founding members who joined before joinxan.com launched keep their membership without paying again.
Training content
The videos, slide notes, quizzes and workbook are for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download, share, resell or publish them, in whole or in part. Slide notes carry your email address as a watermark. We may suspend or end the membership of anyone who shares our content, without a refund.
Certificates
Your certificate is issued automatically when you complete every module and meet the pass mark. Anyone you give your certificate code to can confirm your name and the date it was issued. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by cheating or by misusing the site.
Suppliers Connect
Suppliers Connect is a directory of suppliers we have worked with or reviewed. It is not a guarantee. Any deal you make with a supplier is between you and that supplier: check samples, terms and payment details yourself before you pay anyone. XAN is not responsible for a supplier's goods, delivery or conduct.
Your importing is your business
XAN teaches from real experience, but the training is education, not financial, legal or customs advice. Results depend on your decisions, the market and rules outside our control. You are responsible for your own imports, including customs duties, product regulations and the taxes that apply to you.
Shop orders
- Prices are in Naira. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery times are estimates. Track your order with the link in your confirmation email.
- If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within [7] days at [support email] and we will replace it or refund you.
Group Trips and Concierge
- These are for members and are paid for separately. Each trip lists what is included.
- You are responsible for your passport, visa, travel insurance and any costs not listed as included.

Payments and refunds
- Paystack processes every payment. We never see your full card details.
- Every module opens as soon as you join, so membership fees are not refundable once your membership is active, except where the law requires otherwise. [Confirm or change this refund policy.]

Using the site fairly
Do not try to break into the site or other accounts, overload it, copy it with automated tools, get around its security, or harass other members or our team. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, with notice where that is reasonable.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep XAN accurate and available, but the site and its content are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, XAN is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses that come from your trading or supplier decisions, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will email members about important changes. Using XAN after a change means you accept it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will always try to settle a disagreement with you directly first. If we cannot, the courts of [Lagos State] will decide it.
